In order to try and keep Electronics from entering the local trash hauling service’s trash cans, toters, trash bins, and dumpsters, Best Buy will take e-waste in the mail directly. The service doesn’t come free of charge however, but some E-Waste can be tough for the consumer to get rid of and may lead to charges from the Waste Management companies of your area if snuck into the local trash trucks. Larger items such as Televsions, computer systems, or sound equipment can be dropped off directly at stores. They want to divert from the landfill the hazardous material and lower the material at what’s being buried. The question is will people begin to utilize the service?
